We want you to be happy with Autograph. This Refund Policy explains when you can get a refund.

1. Try before you buy

Autograph offers a free version so you can install a signature into Apple Mail and experience how the App works before purchasing the paid version. We encourage you to try it first.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you purchase the paid version (Pro) and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. You do not need to give a reason. To request a refund, contact us at support@autographs.app or contact Paddle, our Merchant of Record, with your order details.

3. How refunds are processed

Purchases are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.

4. After 14 days

Because the App is a one-time digital purchase that is fully delivered at the time of sale, refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase are considered on a case-by-case basis and are granted at our discretion. If the App is not working for you, contact us first — we will try to fix the problem before anything else.

5. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country or region. Where local law grants you stronger rights, those rights apply.
